Surface preparation, cleaning/coating application and solutions
Cleanaway’s surface preparation and coating service removes dirt, scale and unwanted residual materials found on concrete surfaces, tanks, bridges, sewerage, and plant facilities. High pressure water can remove dust, adhesives, paints, as well as curing agents used in coating surfaces. This service can also be used to clean tubes, floors, columns and towers.
Our high-pressure cleaning service and surface preparation solutions utilise a combination of water and air pressure to remove dirt at high speeds. This minimises fatigue on the asset being cleaned and leaves little to no environmental impact, as no additives or abrasives are used.
Apart from high pressure water blasting we also use abrasive grit blasting or a combination of both to clean surfaces. Protective coatings can then be applied which are specifically designed to suit marine conditions and its requirements for adhesion, bonding, maintenance and wear.
Cleanaway is certified to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and AS 4801 (OHS) standards, helping meet all your regulatory and environmental requirements.
Surface preparation technologies
Our surface preparation and coating service is powered by Cleanaway’s high-pressure water equipment that utilises a combination of water and air pressure. This minimises fatigue on the asset being cleaned and leaves little to no environmental impact, as no additives or abrasives are used. Keeping your equipment clean ensures optimal operating conditions, potentially minimising asset downtime.
